Terms of Service

By accessing or using TempoBoard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

TempoBoard is a productivity workspace that integrates task management, calendar synchronization, coursework organization, and note-taking. The Service is currently available free of charge during its beta period. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future with advance notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage. • Share API tokens or credentials with unauthorized parties. • Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Calendar, OAuth) and Canvas LMS. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. When you provide a Canvas API token, you represent that you are authorized to use it and that your use complies with your institution's policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TempoBoard. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (tasks, notes, files). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. During the beta period, features may change, and data migration is handled on a best-effort basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempoBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
